A free 12-week job readiness training program with a strong emphasis on academics, communication, computers, and employment skills. The program is designed to support community residents in gaining the skills necessary to be viable candidates for employment in general and administrative health care and customer service positions.

Daily schedule: 
  • Monday - Thursday, 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM
  • Classses are held at Project Hope's facility located at 550 Dudley Street, Roxbury, MA
Eligibility: 
  • Understand, speak, and write English
  • Pass reading, language, and computer assessments
  • Have CORI clearance
  • 1 full-year of work experience with 1 employer
  • Ability to provide references
Special features: 
  • Class cycles are held 2 times each year
Information session: 
  • Sessions are held every 1st and 3rd Friday of the month at Project Hope, 550 Dudley Street, Roxbury, MA
  • Sessions begin at 9:30 AM
